1. Shipping Methods BigTopix offers a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly:

  • Standard Shipping: Economical shipping option with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping option with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping: Available for customers outside of the United States. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on the destination.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following:

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method selected

  • The total weight and size of the products ordered

You will be able to view the exact shipping charges before confirming your order during checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days, but customs delays may occur.

5. International Shipping BigTopix ships internationally to select countries. International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not included in the shipping charges. 6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Military Addresses (APO, FPO): We are currently unable to ship to military addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at bigtopix@gmail.com or 607-561-9160. We will assist you in returning the damaged product and issuing a refund or replacement.

8. Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. BigTopix is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before shipment.

9. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please reach out to our customer support team.
