Refund and Returns Policy for BigTopix

At BigTopix, we are committed to providing you with the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items and obtaining a refund.

1. Returns Eligibility We accept returns on most products within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at bigtopix@gmail.com or call us at 607-561-9160 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging, ensuring it is protected from damage during shipping.

  3. Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in a condition other than its original state (e.g., damaged, opened, or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund depending on the extent of the damage.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Some products are non-refundable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Items marked as “final sale”

4. Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at bigtopix@gmail.com or 607-561-9160. We will assist you in returning the damaged item and offer a full refund or replacement, as per your preference. In some cases, we may require photos of the damage for verification purposes.

6. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund after 7-10 business days, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. 7. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
